These terms govern the Hayek Medical BCV Updates text message program operated by Hayek Medical Devices (“Hayek Medical”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Hayek Medical BCV Updates sends patients, caregivers, and clinicians text messages about biphasic cuirass ventilation (BCV) therapy, including educational information, resources, event and webinar invitations, and updates on inquiries you have made with us. Some messages may be promotional.
You can opt in by texting BCV to (844) 747-8454 and then replying YES to confirm, as described on our text message sign-up page. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Hayek Medical does not charge for this program.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts. You may also opt out by telling our team or emailing privacy@hayekmedical.com. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device.
